This LVT has to feel comfortable assisting in surgery, placing IV catheters, have knowledge of x-ray and proper positioning, have experience dispensing and administering medications prescribed by the veterinarian, drawing blood and running bloodwork, be comfortable with in-clinic laboratory equipment, and dentistry.
The ideal candidate understands the importance of client education and being a supportive and positive team player.
